By registering for or using the Services, you authorize MartFame.Com to act as your agent or platform for purposes of processing payments between you and the buyer, using Paypal to receive and hold Sales Proceeds on your behalf, remitting Sales Proceeds to your bank account, charging your PayPal account/Credit card, and paying MartFame and its affiliates amounts you owe in accordance with this Participation Agreement or other agreements you may have with MartFame or its affiliates (collectively, the "Transaction Processing Service"). "Your Transaction" means any sale of your items through the Site.
