Don't get me wrong. If I need water and you give me ice cream when you could have given me water...you are not far from someone who didn't give me anything.
But nonetheless I would still appreciate it.... meaning he is far better than all the crooked ones out there.
I have just stated the mostly needed missing expectations in his resume... that's all.
Amongst all the ones on the ground....I would prefer to vote for him than to vote for Tinumbu or Osibajo.
